High Reach Forklift Drivers Wanted - Start today – Swanbank

We are currently growing our team and seeking enthusiastic experienced high reach Forklift Drivers to join our organisation working within a fast-paced Warehouse environment. This is a hands-on roll with full training and support provided so you can hit the ground running.

The Role:

• Safely operating a high reach forklift to 4-5 racks high in a large warehouse

• Replenishing picking slots to keep bays full for pick/packers

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks of various shapes and sizes

• RF Scanning

• Preparing and checking documentations in the warehouse

• Safely operate pallet wrapping machine

• Follow strict WHS policy and procedures in the warehouse

• Manual handling duties up to 20kg

What we are looking for:

• Must have a current forklift license and be physically fit

• Prior experience with Linde electric and / or crown joystick high reach forklifts is also an advantage

• Experienced forklift driver that has had experience with pick/packing

• High attention to detail and awareness of surroundings

• A positive attitude with attention to detail

• Must be reliable and responsible at all times

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment Medical and Criminal History

• Willingness to provide a clear Driving History Check

• Must have a safe work ethic in a fast-paced environment
