Traffic Controller (AWTM / WTM)

We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers holding AWTM or WTM to lead larger and more complex works across regional WA.

This is a DIDO and FIFO position with some local work, You’ll be supported by a strong operations and safety team, and given the trust to run your site well.

About the Role

As the on-site lead, you will:

• Implement and manage traffic guidance schemes

• Lead, mentor and coordinate traffic crews

• Work professionally with client supervisors and project teams

• Maintain compliance, safety and documentation standards

• Adapt to changing site requirements and problem-solve in real time

What You’ll Bring

• AWTM or WTM accreditation (essential)

• Strong experience within civil, remote or resource sector projects

• Confident communication and leadership skills

• A proactive, safety-focused approach

• Valid Police Clearance
