Registered Nurse & Enrolled Nurse

About the Role

Right at Home Adelaide Central is looking for a caring and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our growing community care team.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working independently, building relationships with clients and providing quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

You will support older Australians and other clients to remain safe, healthy and independent at home, while working closely with families, care staff, GPs and allied health professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting nursing assessments and monitoring clients' health and wellbeing

• Providing wound care, medication support, catheter care and other nursing services

• Developing and reviewing individualised care plans

• Supporting clients with chronic health conditions

• Identifying changes in a client's condition and taking appropriate clinical action

• Communicating with GPs, allied health professionals, hospitals and families

• Providing education and guidance to clients, families and care staff

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Supporting safe, high-quality and person-centred care

• Participating in clinical reviews, quality improvement and ongoing care coordination

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN

• Experience in community care, aged care, home care or a similar clinical setting

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Confidence working independently in the community

• A caring, respectful and person-centred approach

• Good computer and clinical documentation skills

• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain

• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience with community nursing, aged care, wound management, chronic disease management or home-based care will be highly regarded.
