Marketing Specialist

At Axia Recruitment, we are proud to be exclusively partnering with St Lukes and are looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s eager to grow, take ownership, and gain exposure to every aspect of marketing. This is the perfect role for someone with a couple of years’ experience or a recent graduate ready to dive in, contribute, and make an impact within a purpose-driven organisation.

You’ll be working closely with experienced marketing professionals, engaging with stakeholders, communications, supporting events, and managing digital and brand activities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain full exposure to the entire marketing function – from campaign execution and social media to branding and member engagement. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Get involved in end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media
• Assist with social media management, including content creation and community engagement
• Work on brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing activities
• Support internal and external stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships
• Assist in event coordination and sponsorship activities
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, bringing insights to the team
• Work on website updates and marketing collateral to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects, gaining broad industry experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate or someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience
• A go-getter who’s keen to get stuck into every aspect of marketing
• Strong writing skills and a creative mindset for content creation
• Confidence in building relationships and engaging with stakeholders
• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Bonus points for experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, or Adobe Suite (InDesign)
