Are you an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or perhaps a Room Attendant looking to take the next step in your hospitality career?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our award-winning apartment hotel group in the heart of Adelaide CBD. Working across Miller Apartments and Franklin Apartments, you will help oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operation while ensuring our guests receive exceptional standards of cleanliness and service.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist with the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department and support the housekeeping team to ensure our apartments are presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department.

• Supervise and support Room Attendants throughout each shift.

• Prepare daily room allocation boards and assist with morning team briefings.

• Inspect guest apartments and public areas to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.

• Coordinate room readiness with Reception.

• Ensure guest requests are attended to promptly and professionally.

• Assist in training new housekeeping team members.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report stock requirements.

• Assist with the operation of the in-house laundry.

• Maintain housekeeping key control procedures.

• Perform cleaning duties when required and lead by example.

• Complete other duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeping Manager.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude.

• The ability to motivate and support a team.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• A high standard of personal presentation.

• A current Australian Driver's Licence.

• Current working rights in Australia and residence in South Australia.

• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Desirable

• Experience in apartment hotels or serviced accommodation.

• Experience using hotel property management systems.
