About the role

Logixboard is looking for an Account Success Manager to help take our company’s growth to the next level as the leading digital SaaS platform in the freight forwarding space. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and expanding revenue with our existing customer base through renewal and upsell motions. You will also play an integral part in defining and building our account management team for our fast-growing start-up.

You Will:

Own and manage contract renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within your customer portfolio.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders while executing a structured communication and engagement strategy.
Drive customer value and product adoption by delivering strategic guidance, identifying risks, and surfacing growth opportunities.
Utilize various forms of AI to streamline your workflows
Become a product expert and advise customers on how to leverage the platform to achieve their business goals.
Partner with the Customer Enablement team to enhance product knowledge, encourage adoption, and improve retention.
Execute a complete sales motion - from prospecting through closing - within your existing book of business.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce for all renewal and growth activities.
Lead executive business reviews to align on strategic goals, demonstrate value, and refine success plans.
Conduct regular meetings with clients for product demos, strategic discussions, and engagement touchpoints.
Travel periodically (1-2 times per quarter) to meet customers in person, deepen relationships, and support successful platform adoption.

We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success Management SaaS experience preferred and a Freight Forwarder or Logistics Service Provider (LSP) background is a strong plus; .
Proven success managing a portfolio of 50+ customers, including prioritization and tiering strategies.
Experience managing customer relationships and closing deals in a remote environment.
Familiarity with SMB, Mid-Market, and MM+ customer segments.
Confidence communicating with VP and Director-level stakeholders, especially in revenue-related conversations.
Skilled in delivering engaging, web-based product demonstrations to global audiences.
Ability to interpret and use data to drive customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adoption of Ai into daily practices beyond using it to improve writing or research: Building Gems, Projects, SlackBot etc.
A strong sense of curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
Highly coachable and receptive to constructive feedback.
Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Compensation: AUD $120,000–$130,000 + bonus + superannuation.
