As part of an established and forward-thinking analytics team, you will combine project leadership with hands-on delivery, leveraging data analytics to support clients in making informed decisions during critical transactions.You will work closely with cross-functional teams on complex engagements, delivering insights that drive value and enhance performance. Key Responsibilities - M&A Analytics Senior Associate/Manager
Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights to clientsCollaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored analytics solutionsAnalyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decision-makingPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insightsSupport senior leadership with business development activities, including contributing to proposals, pitch materials, and client presentationsMentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementStay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings

RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, finance or economics, with a professional accreditation (or international equivalent) preferredStrong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, with experience across areas such as M&A, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance or accountingAdvanced quantitative and analytical capability, with experience working with large datasets and translating business questions into robust analysisAdvanced proficiency in a leading data analytics platform is essential, as it is the primary tool used to deliver core analytics outputsExperience with SQL, Python and/or R is highly advantageous, supporting bespoke analysis, coaching of team members, and effective review and troubleshootingExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights through a commercial lens, influence senior stakeholders, and lead teams and projects effectively
