National Sales Manager

As our National Sales Manager, you will be reporting into the Business Line Manager for the Compressor Technique Service Business at our Australian Head Office in Blacktown. You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance across our Australian Service Business. This role plays a key part in driving growth, strengthening our market position and leading a high performing sales team across Australia. 

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver national sales strategy aligned to business objectives
• Identify and grow market opportunities
• Drive pricing, performance and commercial outcomes
• Lead key accounts and major opportunities
• Develop and coach the national sales team
• Oversee forecasting and performance reporting

• Proven experience within the Atlas Copco Group, with exposure to sales, service or commercial operations
• Demonstrated sales leadership capability, ideally across regional or multi-site teams
• A strong track record of delivering growth and achieving commercial targets
• A passion for people leadership, with the ability to coach and develop others
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
