Domestic Assistants

We are currently recruiting Domestic Assistants on a casual basis, requiring a minimum of 3 days availability per week.

We have multiple roles in the Perth central region ranging from Leederville to Kalamunda. Rounds are usually scheduled within 20-30 minutes from your home location as we want to ensure you are providing quality care & services to our client and less time travelling!

Various Shift Patterns on offer: 0800 - 1500, 0800 - 1600, 0900 - 1500.

Domestic Assistants support clients to maintain independence by providing domestic assistance, general housekeeping, meal preparation and social support. The role involves travelling between clients' homes, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app, so a reliable vehicle and ability to work autonomously are essential.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience.
• A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential

The role

• Provide high‑quality support that promotes client independence.
• Deliver domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare meals and support clients with basic nutrition needs.
• Provide social support and assist clients to remain engaged in their community.
• Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients' homes.
• Use a mobile app to access and follow digital schedules and care plans independently.
• Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel between visits.
