Receptionist

We’re looking for a fun, vibrant and switched-on Receptionist to join the Coulson & Co team!

You don’t need years of real estate experience, in fact, you don’t necessarily need any.

We’re looking for the right person: someone with great energy, who loves people, is organised, keen to learn and happy to get stuck in.

THE ROLE

As the friendly face of Coulson & Co, you’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming clients and answering incoming calls

• Helping with general enquiries

• Assisting our sales and property management teams

• Managing keys, documents and general office admin

• Keeping the front office looking amazing

• Learning our systems and the ins and outs of real estate

• Jumping in and helping wherever needed!

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 4:30pm
