We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to patients, visitors, and staff. They will be flexible and reliable.
Selection Criteria

Effective communication, interpersonal and customer service skills (written, verbal, email and telephone).
Highly developed ability to plan, prioritise and organise work activities to achieve work outcomes within deadlines.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of electronic systems and computer software to achieve job outcomes. Working knowledge of including MS Office applications and database systems would be an advantage.
