What You'll Do:

• Support the management of office leasing portfolios while learning transaction processes and market dynamics.

• Assist tenants and landlords through leasing transactions, gaining exposure to all stages from initial inquiry to deal completion.

• Help identify new business opportunities and participate in client relationship building under senior team guidance.

• Maintain client databases, contribute to market reports, and develop your understanding of commercial real estate trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interest in commercial real estate with eagerness to learn and build a career in office leasing.

• Sales, customer service, or related experience demonstrating client engagement skills (office leasing experience is a plus but not required).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to develop negotiation capabilities.

• NSW Real Estate registration/license required (or ability to obtain).
