Following the success of our flagship Osborne Park location, Merse Wellness is entering an exciting period of expansion, with multiple new locations opening across Western Australia. As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate people who want to grow with us and play an integral role in shaping the future of the brand.

This is not your typical sales role.

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be one of the driving forces behind the growth of Merse Wellness. You'll help introduce thousands of people to a completely new way of prioritising their health and wellbeing while building a thriving membership community across Western Australia.

Working across both existing and new locations, you'll generate memberships, build strong community relationships, create local business partnerships and become a trusted ambassador for one of Australia's fastest-growing wellness brands.

• Drive membership growth through lead generation, networking and community engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, sporting clubs, allied health providers and community organisations.
• Convert enquiries into long-term members by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop referral partnerships and corporate wellness opportunities.
• Represent Merse Wellness at community events, expos and promotional activations.

• Manage and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.

• Follow up enquiries, prospective members and first-time guests.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support successful campaigns and new location launches.

• Become a passionate ambassador for the Merse Wellness brand.

• Encourage Google reviews, contact app subscribers, and follow up on first appointments.
• Uphold professional presentation standards and perform other related duties.

You'll be someone who:

• Natural drive and financial motivation to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Well presented and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Has proven success in sales, business development or membership sales.

• Is confident building relationships and engaging with people from all walks of life.

• Customer-focused approach with a passion for wellness.

• Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is proactive, organised and motivated to succeed.
• Computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Full Australian working rights.

Experience within the wellness, fitness, hospitality or health industries is highly regarded but not essential.
