Your Role — RN & EN Opportunities in Hobart

We are seeking dedicated Nurses to join our Hobart team, supporting clients with a range of care needs. You’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills across community care, disability support, and specialised services, including accommodation supporting children with complex care needs.

You’ll be backed by a supportive local team, experienced clinical leaders, and 24/7 assistance whenever you need it.

What You’ll Do

Working alongside families, support teams, and other health professionals, you’ll provide compassionate clinical care that helps clients achieve their goals and enjoy their best possible quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Medication administration and clinical support

• PEG management

• Wound care

• Suctioning

• BiPAP support

• Seizure management

• Personal care and daily living support

• Supporting the safe use of equipment and mobility aids

• Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to support team members

Our RNs play an important leadership role, helping maintain high standards of care and supporting staff competency development.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with our clinical leadership team, including our CEO who is also a Registered Nurse, ensuring our clients receive exceptional care every day.

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse

• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate

• Current Working With Vulnerable People Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Smartphone with internet access

• A passion for providing outstanding care and making a difference
