This is a 6-month fixed maternity leave cover contract.

What would I be doing?

As a Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping to provide tailored support for people with disability in their job to maintain long-term employment.

You Will Work In Partnership With Our Clients And Employers To Provide On-the-job Support To That Assists In Maintaining Employment. This Could Include

Learn and understand job requirements from the employer, while identifying workplace support needs for clients. Identifying client support needs in the workplace and provide individualised coaching, guidance and training. Monitor and document client performance and progress, while providing regular feedback to both clients and employers.
