Build strong relationships with growers by providing responsive technical support and excellent customer service.
Certificate III/IV, Diploma, Trade Qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining or servicing agricultural machinery, tractors, construction equipment, industrial equipment, or other mobile machinery.
Proven experience operating agricultural tractors and field equipment.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and drive systems.
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform field repairs independently.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently in remote agricultural environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively with international engineering teams and Australian growers.
