Rodgers Plumbing is seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth, WA. As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across commercial properties, ensuring our clients receive prompt and professional service. What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing faults and issues including leaks, blockages, and system failures

• Performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems and extend system lifespan

• Installing, replacing and upgrading plumbing fixtures, pipes and related equipment

• Conducting inspections of plumbing systems and providing detailed reports

• Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and addressing urgent plumbing issues

• Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards

• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order and restocking vehicles with necessary materials

• Documenting completed work and maintaining accurate service records on app provided

What we're looking for

• Australian Citizenship

• A recognized plumbing qualification

• Current plumbing licence or registration as required by Western Australian regulations

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a plumber in maintenance and repair roles

• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools and industry best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanour

• Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions and confined spaces

• Valid driving licence

• Police Clearance
