About the Role 

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our dealership, helping customers through every stage of their vehiclebuying journey while consistently delivering exceptional results. 

You'll be responsible for: 

• Selling new vehicles and associated products 

• Creating memorable customer experiences from enquiry to delivery 

• Building long term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals 

• Managing enquiries and maintaining an active sales pipeline 

• Following up leads with professionalism and enthusiasm 

• Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets 

• Contributing to a positive, successful team culture 

About You 

You're motivated by success, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and know what it takes to achieve outstanding sales results. 

You'll also have: 

• Proven experience in automotive sales 

• A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets 

• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills 

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities 

• High levels of motivation, resilience, and self drive 

• A professional presentation and customer first attitude 

• The ability to excel in a fast paced, team oriented environment 

• A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
