People Experience Specialist (12-month contract)

As our People Experience Specialist, you’ll partner with our global teams to implement seamless people experiences whilst working to continually improve and modernise the systems and processes that support our teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining employe experience, people operations, technology and process improvement.  ​

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PEOPLE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver seamless people operations, maintain accurate people data and continually improve the processes and technology that support our employee experience.​

We are currently embedding a new HRIS in partnership with Global and fundamentally changing how we onboard, offboard and manage people processes. If you’ve been involved in process mapping, implementing or transitioning to a new HRIS, including managing the change locally, we’d love to hear from you!​

People Operations ​

• Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle in partnership
• with a newly formed shared service hub in India, including onboarding, employment
• changes, offboarding, education assistance, org charts. ​
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across
• all people systems. ​
• Support managers and employees with HR process and policy queries. ​
• Coordinate employment documentation, contracts and compliance requirements. ​
• Assist with reporting, audits and people metrics. ​

​HR Systems ​

• Act as the day-to-day administrator for the HRIS, maintaining system configuration, workflows and user access. ​
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate people processes through system enhancements in partnership with global. ​
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process guides and training materials. ​
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors or internal stakeholders to resolve them. ​

Projects & Continuous Improvement ​

• Support People team projects, including process improvements and technology initiatives. ​
• Lead the HRIS implementation in SOPAC, upgrades or migrations, including data validation, testing and managing the change with our people managers. ​
• Help identify more efficient ways of working and promote best practice. ​

Culture Leader  ​

• We are a people first business! This role supports the team with key culture and engagement activations – such as recognition, getting our teams out to restaurant, running events and more! ​

ABOUT YOU

• 3–4 years’ experience in HR / People Operations / People Systems​
• Strong HR systems experience (e.g Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce or similar). ​
• Experience supporting or participating in an HRIS implementation or migration project. ​
• Understanding of employment contract types. ​
• Experience documenting business processes and system workflows. ​
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data. ​
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ​
• Confidence working with HR data, reporting and Microsoft Excel. ​
• Passion for working with people and driving team culture ​
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ​
• A continuous improvement mindset​
