The Role 

We are expanding our WA operations and seeking highly experienced, disciplined MPU operators to join our teams across Kalgoorlie and Goldfields sites. These roles are offered FIFO from Perth, with Kalgoorlie‑based residents strongly encouraged to apply. Residential applicants will access the same roster options and may take on overtime if desired. 

• Rosters: Primarily 8:6, 7:7 available for Kalgoorlie residential

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts

• Employment Type: Permanent full-time

What You'll Bring

Successful applicants must be 18 years or older and meet the following requirements:

• Extensive MPU operational experience, including routine maintenance and repairs.

• HR driver's licence required (HC or MC licence highly regarded)

• Dangerous Goods Driver’s Licence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to fault-find on MPU equipment

• Willingness to assist blast crews with priming, stemming and tie ups

• Current WA Dangerous Goods Security Clearance (DGSC)

• A national police clearance issued within the last 3 months

• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and a medical fitness-for-work assessment

• Immediate availability highly advantageous
