Senior Human Resources Business Partner

This is a rare and exciting permanent opportunity for an accomplished Senior HR professional to join the Metropolitan Human Resources team at NSW Health Pathology.

We are seeking a commercially astute, strategically minded HR leader with a proven record in business partnering, workforce relations, and organisational transformation. In this role, you will influence stakeholders at all levels, navigate complexity with confidence, and deliver pragmatic, outcomes‑focused solutions aligned to organisational priorities.

This position is based in Sydney, NSW, with the requirement for travel across Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District sites as needed.
