This is a full-time, hands-on position based at our modern Burpengary workshop. You'll be responsible for fitting high-quality suspension systems, accessories, and performance upgrades to a wide variety of 4WD vehicles.

• Installing 4WD suspension systems and components.

• Fitting accessories including bull bars, driving lights, LED lighting, snorkels, roof racks, dual battery systems, solar equipment and more.

• Shock absorber servicing and revalving.

• Chassis bracing and other vehicle performance modifications.

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and workshop safety.

• Welding and fabrication skills are highly regarded but not essential.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the 4WD industry and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience fitting 4WD suspension systems.

• Experience installing 4WD accessories.

• Strong knowledge of 4WD parts and vehicle modifications.

• A genuine passion for off-road vehicles and the 4WD lifestyle.

• Good computer skills.

• A current manual C Class driver's licence and reliable transport.

Trade-qualified mechanics, wheel aligners, auto electricians, or other mechanically minded tradespeople looking for a new challenge are encouraged to apply.

• Permanent full-time position.

• Immediate start available.

• Purpose-built workshop and facilities.

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (includes paid overtime where applicable).

• Rotating Saturday roster (8:00am – 12:00pm), paid at overtime rates.

• Six-month probation period (may be extended where required).
