About the Organisation

Le Mans Entertainment is Australia’s largest karting and entertainment venue. Located in Melbourne’s South-East on a 23 acre site, the facilities include 4 separate karting tracks, an EPIC 18 Hole Mini Golf Course, Arcade, Beer Garden, Sports Bar, Laser Tag, and the world’s best free roam virtual reality “Zero Latency”.

We sell fun and excitement and have an exciting opportunity to join our customer centric team on a casual basis.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Bar Service to assist in delivering an excellent food and drink offering

• Serving drinks including RTDs, wine, tap beer and cocktails whilst following the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines

Outside of Bar service, you will be required to:

• Prepare and serve coffees

• Prepare easy take away cafe foods such as toasties

• Take food orders for the kitchen to prepare

• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, as well as clearing and cleaning tables between service

• Opening and closing of the bar/cafe area which includes set up and pack up

Key Ingredients

• Fantastic people skills and always provide a five-star guest service experience

• Previous experience in a Bar environment

• Sense of urgency and ability to anticipate guests needs

• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task

• Experience and ability to remain calm working in a fast paced environment

• You take ownership and work on continuous improvement

• You are flexible and available outside of regular business hours, on weekends and during peak periods (Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is a must)

• You are well-presented and take pride in the work you deliver
