The Opportunity: 

Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Kent is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Brisbane.

In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:

• Performing all work in accordance with the Kent Quality Management and Health, Safety & Security System and within agreed time and schedule constraints.
• Participation as Senior Electrical Engineer in Multidiscipline Projects (feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design, procurement and construction) in Greenfield and Brownfield development projects
• Provide technical as part of the electrical engineering capability within the Kent Brisbane office 
• Liaison with clients, developing and maintaining customer relationships 
• Liaison with suppliers and contractors
• Liaison with the other disciplines, client’s engineering and production personnel to ensure consistent basis for all input parameters
• Execution of electrical engineering calculations and studies 
• Electrical equipment procurement, evaluation and vendor data review
• Report and specification writing 
• Documentation of assumptions and assessment of development risks for each option
• Analysis and design 
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving
• Site survey and inspection activities (as required)
