Position Overview:

Are you passionate about design and eager to help customers bring their visions to life?

We're looking for a vibrant and personable Showroom Consultant to join our team in Alexandria, NSW, on a casual basis working around 10-15 hours per week across mostly weekends, but ideally some additional weekday and public holiday availability would be preferred. As a Showroom Consultant, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice to our customers, showcasing our stunning range of porcelain and crystalline silica free surfaces and inspiring our customers with your enthusiasm and knowledge. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and interact with customers in the showroom, offering a warm and professional welcome that reflects the Caesarstone brand.
• Share your in-depth knowledge of our products, guiding customers to the perfect solutions for their design needs.
• Ensure the showroom is always pristine, organised, and fully stocked with samples and marketing materials.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and care of Caesarstone products, ensuring they feel confident in their choices.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with efficiency and professionalism.
• Stay current with industry trends and new product releases to provide the best advice and recommendations.

You will receive brand training to help you excel in delivering our service standards. Ideally, you will bring some experience in the design, interior styling or home improvement industry, whether from your studies or previous work experience. This is a customer-centric role, so excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to connect with customers and guide them through their design journey will be key to your success.
