Your opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

Reporting to the Head of Pre Contracts & Risk, the Contract Administrator will sit within the project commercial team and be accountable for:

• Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
• Managing the financial administration for the project
• Managing the site office administration for the project
• Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost data
• Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

• Previous experience in Contract Administration within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project environments
• Experience administering contracts, variations, progress claims, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements
• Exposure to procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, subcontractor engagement, and supplier management
• Strong understanding of commercial processes, contract documentation, and project reporting
• Working knowledge of cost control, project budgeting, and accounting principles
• Experience on Tier 1 projects highly regarded
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
