Casual Cleaner – On-Call Pool

Evermore Retirement Village is seeking experienced, reliable and motivated Casual Cleaners to join our on-call team.

About the Role

As a Casual Cleaner, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents by cleaning:

• Resident apartments
• Common areas and shared facilities
• Staff and visitor amenities
• Other areas of the village as required

This is a casual, on-call position to assist with planned leave and staff absences. Shifts are generally 9:00am to 1:00pm, with flexible working days Monday to Friday.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
• A high standard of cleaning with excellent attention to detail
• A reliable, punctual and dependable work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and friendly approach
• Flexibility to work a variety of weekdays (Monday to Friday) as required
• A commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents

Experience in retirement living, aged care, healthcare or hospitality cleaning will be highly regarded.
