Assistant Manager | The Commercial Hotel

Commercial Hotel is looking for an Assistant Manager, offering a $89,500 salary package including super.

You might already be an Assistant Manager, or you could be a strong Supervisor or Duty Manager who’s ready for more responsibility.

Commercial is a traditional Queensland pub with plenty of personality and loyal regulars who know the team. It’s hands-on hospitality, and we need a leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their people and getting involved.

• Work alongside an experienced Venue Manager who wants to help you grow—not leave you to figure everything out alone

• Help drive team performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Experience leading teams in a pub, hotel or similar hospitality venue

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

• Confidence leading teams during busy service periods

• A hands-on leadership style that supports, coaches and brings out the best in others

• Current Queensland RMLV and Approved Manager Licence, or willingness to obtain both with our support after joining

• Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
