What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a call centre environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build rapport and trust.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing finance applications.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work Saturdays and evenings as needed.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using finance platforms and software.
