The Opportunity

This Full-time position located in Wingfield, is a genuine opportunity to be part of an organization experiencing continuous growth. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic - Field & Workshop to join our maintenance team.

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

• Suitably trade qualified with experience in diesel engines.

• Experience in light and heavy vehicles essential. Experience with Volvo trucks and Asphalt equipment - highly desirable.

• Ability to schedule and organise parts, execute planned maintenance, and manage / carry out emergency repairs.

• Ability to demonstrate safe work practices.

• Maintaining the workshop to a high standard.

• Liaise with other staff members and suppliers.

• Work well in a team, show initiative, and be responsible.

• Accurate electronic record keeping.

• Be able to travel and stay away with the crew when required.

• Experience with hydraulics and auto electrical systems - highly regarded

• Welding experience - highly regarded.

• You must be able to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements, some weekend work may be required.
