Senior Electrical Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced M&E Senior Supervisor to take the reins on the delivery of electrical, communications and mechanical infrastructure projects, leading crews, subcontractors and stakeholders from construction through to commissioning.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being where the action is. You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, build strong teams and maintain momentum on projects that matter. Every day will bring a different challenge, whether it's coordinating field resources, managing client expectations, mentoring supervisors or finding a smarter way to get the job done.

What you'll do

• Lead construction and commissioning activities across electrical, communications and mechanical infrastructure projects
• Manage supervisors, field crews and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Drive productivity, quality and project performance across multiple work fronts
• Coordinate resources, materials and construction programs to keep projects on track
• Mentor team members and develop future leaders within the business
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure projects are delivered right first time and exceed client expectations

What we're looking for

• Current Queensland Electrical Workers Licence
• Minimum Cert III Electrotechnology (Electrician)
• Strong experience leading electrical construction and commissioning teams
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, direct workforce personnel and project delivery outcomes
• Sound knowledge of electrical standards, testing principles and safety requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative leadership style that gets the best out of people
• Passion for safety, quality and delivering exceptional project outcomes
