About The Role

Our mission is to help people create ‘sweet’ celebrations with loved ones in the Spanish way, and to do that we need passionate team members to help us! As a Cafe All-Rounder you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing amazing customer service 

• Creating delicious products for our customers

• Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers  

• Casual opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster 
  

Our Duty Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts. With the help of store management you’ll be responsible for:

• Supervising and coaching a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products

• Supporting with store operations and standards

• Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers  

• Casual opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster

Cafe All-rounders

• Relevant experience is great, but if you’re ready to learn we want to hear from you too! 

• Barista Experience will be a bonus!!

• Must love working with people- team members and customers! 

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends

Duty Managers

• Experience in hospitality 

• Supervisory experience is ideal, but if you’re ready to step up we want to hear from you! 

• Barista Experience will be a bonus!!
