The opportunity

Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful administrative role with a great team supporting you? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? An exciting opportunity has presented itself at Kingswim Macgregor, ACT. We are seeking an engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic customer-focused receptionist. Our reception team play a vital part of ongoing communication and customer service to all our families.

Kingswim Macgregor, ACT has an enjoyable and vibrant work environment best suited to an initiative driven person with a passion for the safety, wellbeing and education of children.

This is a casual role, with an hourly rate of $33.05 per hour, and regular work patterns. Ideal availability

• Wednesday 3:15pm – 7:00pm
• Thursday 3:15pm – 7:30pm
• Friday 3:15pm – 7:00pm
• Please note Junior rates may apply.

About you

You’re fun and energetic with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a genuine interest in helping our swimmers and their families. You also enjoy being part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to building a thriving community! You will have excellent computer and data entry skills, and a willingness to learn our internal database system with guidance and training.

Availability requirements:

• You’ll be flexible to work an ongoing roster consisting of afternoons during the week and one weekend morning
