About the role
You will step into an established clinical environment with steady bookings and strong internal support, allowing you to focus purely on patient care. The practice is efficiently run with modern systems and an experienced team that ensures smooth operations.
Location:
Melton is one of Melbourne's fastest growing outer western suburbs, known for its strong residential growth, family-focused community and expanding retail and commercial base.
The area has a young and growing population, which creates consistent demand for local services including dental care. Woodgrove Shopping Centre acts as a major commercial hub, bringing solid daily foot traffic and activity to the area, and Melton's ongoing development means the local patient base continues to grow year on year.
About You:
Minimum 1 year experience in general dentistry
Confident providing independent clinical care
Strong communication and patient-focused approach
Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights
Reliable and professional with good time management
Experience with surgical extractions and endodontics
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general dental care to an established patient base
Manage Sunday clinical sessions efficiently
Deliver clear treatment planning and patient communication
Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure smooth flow
Maintain high professional and ethical standards
