MG Motor Australia is looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our national Fleet team. Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for developing new fleet business, growing key customer relationships and converting opportunities across Australia’s diverse fleet market.

You will work across corporate and business fleets, Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs), novated leasing and salary packaging providers, leasing and finance partners, rental companies, government organisations, mobility and rideshare operators, not-for-profit organisations and our national dealer network.

What you will be doing

• Developing new fleet business and growing existing customer accounts across corporate, government, rental, mobility and other fleet channels.
• Building strong relationships with FMOs, novated leasing and salary packaging providers, leasing companies and vehicle finance partners.
• Managing your sales pipeline and delivering agreed fleet sales, customer acquisition and account growth objectives.
• Identifying major corporate, government and institutional opportunities and coordinating RFPs, tenders and panel submissions.
• Developing customer proposals, quotations and commercial solutions within established fleet pricing frameworks.
• Working closely with our dealer network to support fleet opportunities, quotations, vehicle delivery and ongoing customer relationships.
• Partnering with Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Product and Aftersales to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinating fleet orders and keeping customers informed throughout the allocation, registration and delivery process.
• Providing accurate pipeline, forecasting and market insights while keeping across competitor and fleet industry developments.
• Supporting customer events, product presentations, vehicle evaluations and demonstrator programs.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline are desirable but not essential.
• At least five years' experience across automotive fleet sales, B2B sales, key account management, fleet management, vehicle leasing or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing corporate or fleet customer relationships.
• A strong understanding of the Australian fleet market, including corporate fleets, FMOs, novated leasing, rental and government channels.
• Automotive OEM, dealer group, FMO, leasing, rental or salary packaging experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Confidence working with dealers, senior customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across a national business.
• A proactive, accountable and customer-focused approach with sound commercial judgement.
