SAP Basis Administrator

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to support and maintain SAP environments, with a strong focus on system stability, critical incident management, troubleshooting and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality and stable operations of SAP BASIS systems.Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents, outages and complex technical issues.Lead and coordinate Incident and Problem Management, including identifying trends and driving resolution.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve outage resolution times.Work closely with ECS, Product Support and other technical teams to deliver projects and operational improvements.Create and share KBAs, technical documentation and knowledge roll-outs.Support strategic initiatives and continuously improve operational processes.Own and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements.Work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS, including ABAP, Java and Non-NetWeaver applications.Proven experience handling critical incidents, outages and complex troubleshooting under pressure.Strong ownership and leadership skills across operational tasks and escalations.Ability to quickly learn technologies such as SAP Power Designer and SAP Cloud Connector.Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in a hosting environment.Knowledge of cloud/ hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.Strong communication, collaboration and customer-focused approach.
