About the role

This position offers variety, stability and the chance to be part of a supportive family owned business that values initiative, professionalism and teamwork. You'll work closely with our sales, administration and warehouse teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person

• Process customer orders and complete accurate data entry

• Support the Sales Team with day to day tasks

• Manage telephone, email and online sales enquiries

• Learn and use customer management software

• Produce and print labels using our computerised labelling system

• Work collaboratively across sales, admin and warehouse teams

About you

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or similar

• A mature, professional approach and strong work ethic

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Confidence managing competing deadlines

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• A positive, proactive "can do" attitude

• Sound judgement and problem solving skills

• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to learn new systems quickly
