Retail Pharmacy Assistant

TerryWhite Chemmart Fairfield is seeking a customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our new and growing team, working 2 - 3 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a retail environment, and has a passion for health and wellbeing. Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential — full support and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, counselling, and purchases
• Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional interactions
• Organise and maintain the pharmacy in line with policies and procedures
• Assist with retail operations and stock management
• General merchandising in line with planograms and promotional activities
• Point-of-Sale (POS) services and transactions
