Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment! Peel Health Campus transitioned to South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) in August 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting new era for healthcare in the Peel-Murray region. The transition has enabled significant investment in the future of local health services, including plans for a new purpose-built public hospital on the existing site. Alongside the 192-bed Peel Health Campus, the Group includes Murray District Hospital, which provides inpatient medical, palliative care and allied health services. Together, these facilities support the delivery of high-quality care closer to home. The planned redevelopment will expand services, modernise facilities and improve access to healthcare for the growing Peel-Murray community.
