As an Administrator within our Retirement Solutions team, you'll play an important role in supporting the administration of superannuation products and services for members across Australia.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll receive training and support to develop your knowledge of superannuation while building valuable administration and customer service skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with accuracy and helping deliver positive outcomes for customers.

• Processing superannuation administration activities accurately and within service standards.
• Updating member accounts and maintaining records and communications.
• Assisting with payment processing and administration requests.
• Working collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent member outcomes.
• Investigating and resolving administrative queries and issues.
• Managing workflow priorities and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas.
• Building your knowledge of superannuation, financial services and administration practices.

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds and industries. Previous superannuation experience is not essential. If you have transferable skills, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

You may bring experience from administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres, banking, community services, government, healthcare or other service-based environments.
