About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a wide range of commercial fit-out and construction projects. You’ll work closely with clients, trades, and internal teams, playing a key role in shaping project scope and ensuring competitive and realistic pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural drawings, site photos, and visit locations to develop detailed and accurate scopes of work

• Prepare cost estimates across all trade packages

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing

• Support the project team in tender submissions and handovers

• Work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct on-site measurements and assessments as required

• Foster strong working relationships with both clients and trade partners

The successful applicant will have a strong knowledge of building methodology and ability to accurately extract scope from both plans and site conditions.
