Level Electrical & Air Fyshwick (LEAF) is growing fast across the Canberra region, and we’re looking for our next Heating & Cooling superstar. We’re passionate about delivering 5‑star service and as our business and brand continue to grow and we embark on our new ‘We Do Warmth’ campaign, joining Level is about far more than just joining a workplace.

And because great people deserve great rewards, we’re offering a $4,000 sign‑on bonus:

$1,000 at Month 1, $1,000 at Month 3, and $2,000 at Month 6.

As a HVAC Technician, you’re the person who brings comfort back into people’s homes. You’ll diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, guide clients through confident decisions, and deliver the kind of service that makes people say, “Wow — that tech really cared.” 

You thrive in a busy environment, love variety, and take pride in being the technician clients remember for all the right reasons. You’ll bring:

• Residential HVAC experience

• Refrigeration & Air Conditioning licence + ARC licence

• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple brands

• Sensible, confident on‑the‑job decision‑making

• A genuine commitment to high‑quality service

• Reliability, punctuality, and thoroughness

• The ability to juggle competing priorities

• Motivation to hit both individual and team goals
