Chef

As our Chef you will be a key part of our Catering Team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our reputation as market leaders in our sector who focuses on quality and safety. You will:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needs
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in line with our Food Safety Program
• Manage stock rotation and food storage
• Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive guest experience
• Proactively model the Fresh Hope values in all interactions with your team, stakeholders, and external parties

As an experienced Chef you will have:

• Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
• Enjoy working in a high-volume kitchen environment and know the shortcuts to make service run smoothly
• Experience with dietary requirements and food safety compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A friendly, reliable attitude, willingness to improve your skills and a heart for service

Located an hour south of Sydney's CBD, The Tops Conference Centre is set on 200 acres of prime bushland in Stanwell Tops and is a great location for school and community groups, team building retreats and conferences and camping.
