Intermediate Accountant

Working with clients across a range of industries and professions, we are looking for a superstar Intermediate Accountant to join our team.

About the Role

This position is focused on producing high quality tax and accounting work which will allow you to build your skills and confidence for your future career progression.

A snapshot of your day will involve, but is not limited to, assisting our team with the following: 

• Preparation of tax returns, activity statements, financial statements, monthly management accounts

• Provide support to our accounting team to complete client work in a timely and efficient manner

• Workflow

• Requesting information from clients and following up on your request

• Liaising with the ATO

• Provide support to the accounting team with business advisory work and special projects

Essential

• Working towards completing relevant tertiary qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Apps ie Outlook, Word, Excel etc

• Exceptional organisational skills and able to meet deadlines

• Attention to detail

• Can do attitude

Desirable

• Experience with Xero
