About the program:

Our Site Supervisor Cadet program aims to develop the construction Site Manager of the future by providing you with the opportunity to explore every facet of a construction business. Over the course of the 18-month program, you will be given time in all key departments of the business such as, Business Development, Design, Project Management, Safety and Site Management. You will receive real-world exposure to industrial construction on live projects via a combination of time spent at head office and on site and access to supportive mentors and internal/external training programs.

About you:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in an on-site role will be very highly regarded

• Trade experience highly regarded, especially Carpentry or Plumbing

• Completed or currently completing a Cert. IV or Diploma in Building & Construction

• A high degree of integrity and a team player

• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, energy and a willingness to learn

• Capable and willing to assist with the physical demands of a site based role

• Confident and effective communicator

• A valid Driver’s License

• Permanent Resident at the time of application
