About the role
Fella Hamilton, iconic Australian fashion chain requires an experienced sales assistant to work in our East Doncaster store.
This is a casual role including weekend work and flexibility to work across other stores. The role involves customer service and sales, stock control, meeting budgets & KPI's, merchandising, administrative requirements and supporting the management team.
Reporting to the Store Manager the Retail Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and to support the manager in the day to day running of the store
Must be available to work weekends
Assist with VM changes
Assist with stock-takes when requested

Loves customers-you are a confident communicator and have a natural sales focus
Agile, energetic and resilient-you can adapt quickly to change
Ability to use initiative and be a strong team player
Great attention to detail
Flexible to work across a range of trading hours.
Candidates will have a flexible approach and will be a diligent self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively. Candidates will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.
Able to work weekends a must!
