Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Support clients with mobility, transportation, and appointments.

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities.

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

• Observe and report any changes in clients’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour.

About You

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for aged care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Previous experience in aged care, NDIS, or similar support roles is highly regarded.

Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.

• Valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).

• First Aid & CPR Training Certificate

• Current Australian driver’s licence and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
