Hakka Foods is looking for motivated Process Workers to join our production team, working full-time hours on a casual basis. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operating food production and processing equipment
• Monitoring production lines to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met
• Conducting quality checks and reporting any issues
• Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures
• Packing, labelling, and handling finished products
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Assisting with stock control and inventory activities
• Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Completing production paperwork and records accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in hot and/or cold environments
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
• Flexibility to work across different shifts when required
