As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Inspire and guide children through meaningful learning experiences.
• Support the implementation of our Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
• Lead by example and mentor fellow educators within the room.
• Build strong relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing young minds.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
