FIFO Electricians | Olympic Dam | Immediate Start | Earn Up to $8,000 Gross Per Week*

Mergent Group is partnering with a leading Tier 1 national electrical contractor to recruit experienced Electricians for an upcoming shutdown project at Olympic Dam Mine Site, South Australia.

With 12-hour shifts, day and night work available, and excellent overtime opportunities, successful candidates have the potential to earn up to $8,000 gross per week* while working with one of Australia's leading electrical and instrumentation contractors.

About the Role

• Immediate start
• FIFO from anywhere in Australia
• 2-4 week shutdown project
• 2:1 roster
• 12-hour day and night shifts
• Camp accommodation provided
• PPE supplied
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing shutdown and project opportunities for high performers
• Multiple positions available

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance and shutdown works
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Conduct testing and fault finding where required
• Work safely in accordance with site procedures and industry standards
• Deliver quality work within project timeframes

About You

You will hold:

• Current Australian Electrical Licence
• CPR & LVR
• EWPA Ticket
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Full Australian working rights

Highly regarded:

• Previous mine site or shutdown experience
• Olympic Dam experience

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Current National Police Clearance
